Webster’s dictionary defines Coach as a person or tutor who trains by special instruction. It has been my life long passion to help others become successful! The feeling that you get from seeing the light bulb go on when someone gets it is immeasurable. Taking a new Agent thru their first transaction is exciting for both of us. Brain storming with a senior agent thru a difficult problem gives a great sense of satisfaction and accomplishment.
Being a Realtor since 1986, I’ve seen and been thru it all and sharing that wisdom is fun. The office you choose should have a Coach on hand to give you what I like to call the 3 C’s: Competent, Comfortable and Confident.
